Kathy Sierra’s Creating Passionate Users. I love it for lots of reasons (it’s informative, funny, has great graphics, fits in with my view on how to treat your customers etc) and could have flagged lots of stories (if you have some time work your way through the favourite posts, they’re all pretty great) but I really enjoyed
this recent post and it made me think about how it’s very easy to lose focus on the important stuff sometimes, even (or perhaps especially) if you're doing super-well.
